To be responsible for handling Independently plant & maintenance activities on daily basis and take action to correct the deviations if any and ensuring cGMP compliance & regulatory compliances, Audits, Man, machine and material management.
To ensure the Productivity Improvement, Yield enhancement, Quality control and Timely Delivery of FG to customers, Ability to optimize plant capacities, control the cost of utilities and manpower for cost effectiveness and ensure achievement of targets as per budgeted parameters
To be Guide and train production, maintenance, and utility teams for their respective functions.
To be Monitor the utilities efficiency on a regular basis and control excess consumption of water, fuel, power and chemicals.
To implement and monitor ISO, cGMP, HALAL and Excipact guidelines in all production facility for getting consistent quality product.
To initiate training program for production dept. as per training calendar and training needs.
Manage good interpersonal relations with all internal stack holders, vendors, contractors and customers.
Responsible for each and every activity of plant including inter -departmental co-ordination - with QA & RA, QC, Sales, Engineering, EHS, R&D, Stores, Projects, HR.
Check on Raw and Packing Material availability in store & follow-up with Purchase Department for timely arrange the material.
Reduce the customer complaints related to foreign particles, Microbial contamination and physical properties in Finished goods.
